The fuel filter is near the fuel tank left rear frame rail. You may need a special tool that is for "quick disconnect fuel line" any auto parts house should have the tool (Google Lisle tool Lisle Manufacturing L37000 about $10).

u have to go under the vehicle to see it,its right under the pulleys
