It's at the back side of the fuse box at the driver's left leg. Are you sure the relay is bad, could be the blower motor resistor, switch, motor? There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect.... Thank you, i don't think it's the resistor,it runs on high, med and low it just doesn't turn off all the way even when dials are all off
