temp. hand in normal range? when you are sitting in the truck, windows up,real quiet, turn key to ON,NOT START.turn cold/hot knob back and forth slowly.you should hear a humming noise if the actuator is switching from hot to cold, turning it slowing.LISTEN CLOSELY.if you don't hear the little motor humming when switching from hot to cold, then the blend door actuator at the bottom center floor of dash, behind black cover is bad.
