I've been trying to figure out why the trunk won't pop. It doesn't work whether i push the button under the dash or the remote. Fuses are fine. I removed the solenoid from the lid, hooked it to the battery and it works as well. The problem started when the trunk would pop open while driving. Now it doesn't work at all.

There is a rear compartment lid release switch up under the instrument panel by the steering column, not sure of exact location, but the instructions say you have to carefully drop some of the trim to get to it. The BCM - Body Control Module computer is also located on the driver side behind the fuse panel and instrument panel which must be reprogrammed if you have to replace it. I have some instructions/diagrams/illustrations available I can try to e-mail you. - Dale in Twin Falls, Idaho. Done Right Automotive Service
