Where can I find my a/c relay switch on my 1999 ford escort-zX

MY AC WENT OUT i REPLACE THE COOLANT BUT IT STILL WILL NOT GET COOL, WHAT CAN BE THE PROBLEM

I replaced my ccrm (under the air filter), my blower motor resistor (under the glove compartment), and my temperature door (behind the radio). With each part I replaced, the AC got better. But my problem was the AC getting warm after 30 seconds and having to be cut off and then back on to cool again. I hope this helps. I have a 99 escort zx2 stick shift.

does the a/c system have a leak? if it does and the leak is severe enough it could be coming out as you put it in. and what coolant are you talking about, a/c is refered to as refrigerent.. the system will not turn on if pressure is too low..
