This is the NHTSA website

Here is the recall search: http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/recalls/recallsearch.cfm
The recall began in Feb, 2007. The wording says "certain models", which usually means it is VIN specific. You can call your local Toyota service department and ask if your vehicle has any recalls that were not performed. They will need your VIN number (on your registration or driver door sill or base of windshield)
The lower ball joint recall affected the lower ball joints. 533,000 vehicles were affected between 2004 and 2007. Have your VIN# ready and call Toyota 1-800-331-4331 to see if your truck is covered by the recall. I love the Sequoia apart from gas mileage.
