When starter turns over there is a ka-chung sound everytime I start my car.

This started after I had the brake switch replaced. Gear shift was locking in park position. The ka-chung sounds almost like the horn is trying to honk. Thank you.

I have my car serviced on a regular basis at the Honda dealer. As I am an older woman I have to depend on them to take care of problems. Sounds like I best take it in and have it checked out. I do tend to agree that it is a starter problem as it tried to lock up yesterday along with the noise. Thank you for your reply.
