When should the front wheel bearing be inspected ?

(1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty)
in Yuma, AZ on September 29, 2010
I have 109000 miles on my truck and I have never had the front wheel bearing looked at. I have no problem, but would like to know if I should have them check?

IS IT 4WD OR 2 WD? OF COURSE YOU KNOW THE SAYING IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT. BUT IF THE NEXT TIME YOU GET THE OIL CHANGED OR IT IS LIFTED FOR ANY REASON, HAVE THEM CHECK FOR SLACK IN THE BEARINGS. IF THEY FIND SLACK, THEN IT IS A GOOD TIME TO SERVICE THEM IF APPLICABLE.
