When I turn on the heater it blows out cold air continuely

(1999 Ford Windstar)

started two days ago,while I was driving,and it blows all the time.

Check your engine temperature first - feel the hoses going into and coming out of the heater core. Both very hot? Then you have a temperature control issue inside the van, inside the dash. If they are both cool - you have a thermostat or engine temperature issue. If one is hot and the other is cool - you have a heater core restriction issue.

your problem is the (blend door actuator) a small electronic servo which alows or disallows hot water flow through the heater core... depending on the location, could be as simple as removing the glove box and replacing or removing the entire dash... get a book to see the location then make your decision.... goood luck....
