When engine is hot restarts and idles very rough for a couple minutes then fine.

The trucks starts right up and runs fine. But when trying restart it, it starts, but runs extremely rough for a couple minutes. Then it evens out and runs fine again. What could be causing the rough restarts?

Which pressure regulator? Fuel pressure, oil pressure,....?

Fuel pressure reg..... Remove vacuum hose to see if ANY fuel present... IF so, replace regulator...
