The wheel bearings in your vehicle are sealed units, on the front an back, and can not be disassembled by themselves. They are replaced as a hub and bearing unit. The brakes will have to be disassembled to remove them, and the they are bolted on from the inside of the front steering knuckle and the rear axle. If you are OK with taking the brakes apart, they can be done at home. If you have any doubts, though, about the brake disassembly, take the vehicle to your shop, or dealer, for the repair.
