What would cause the engine to run rough and misfire on start up?

It smooths out after 10 to 15 seconds. It had a code of cylinder misfire and turbo control valve failure P1237.

The turbo charger vacuum control is too low; Check for vacuum leaks from the intake manifold to the turbo control. If vacuum leaks are not noticed, could be in the turbo control its self. My opinion from what information you gave is, there is a vacuum leak. On start up the engine is trying to compensate for the leak and stumbles until it corrects for it.

Thank you. I will check for leaks and if that doesn't fix it I will replace the turbo control valve. thank you for the help. I'll reply back with the results. Thanks again.
