What would cause #4 and# 7 test to fail when the IM readiness cycle is ok relace

If any of the tests fail, they generate a trouble code, the trick is if its a non-continuous monitor it only sets a pending code (global mode 7) and it doesn't turn on the check engine light and set a mature code until the second time the test runs and fails.

Instead of numbers, can you tell us what monitors are incomplete, and what codes are set in mode 7? (pending)
