What kind of fluid should I use to change my manual transmission with?

My shifting between gears have become more difficult and I think my transmission fluid is old. What kind should I replace it with?

Check first that the fluid level is OK in the clutch master cylinder reservoir. If it is low the clutch master or slave cylinder may have developed a leak. 10/30W engine oil is the Acura recommended gear box oil.
