WHAT IS THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE A/C BEING 2 DIF TEMPS WHEN THE 2 LEVERS ARE ON CO

I HAVE THE PROBLEM OF THE 1 SIDE BEING WARM AND THE OTHERSIDE BEING COLD AND BOTH TEMP CTRL LEVERS BEING ON MAX COLD. WHEN YOU SLIDE THEM TO HOT THEY GET HOT,BUT WHEN YOU SLIDE THEM BACK THE LEFT STAYS WARMISH NOT COLD, LIKE A MIXING DOOR DONT CLOSE ALL THE WAY OR HOW EVER IT WORKS FOR TEMP CONTROL

you have a bad blend door under the dash,poss the one that is in the wrong mode. if its on cold and you have heat on pass side most likly that blend door is bad. have it tested b4 you repl.they cost about 276.00 each but they are all the same.2 are esay to change and one is a 5 hr job
