What is causing my truck to wobble, sometimes violently, at certain speeds?

(1999 Chevrolet Tahoe)
in Peshastin, WA on August 04, 2014
It only happens every now and again when I reach speeds from 30 to 45mph. It's definitely the front drivers side. I've read that because it's not consistent every time it is most likely not a tire issue but a suspension issue. I want to know what part is probably the cause and how much it will cost to replace?
