What is causing a rough idle and slight throttle miss when damp outside?

(1996 Chevrolet S10)

Cap and rotor have been replaced 3 times, also have a hissing sound like a vac leak. could dist be bad?

I'm sorry that this problem isn't one that can be answered without looking and listening . . . If you are able, please drop it off some weekday morning and we'll check out the vacuum leaks and see if there is anything obvious causing it to idle rough or miss. If you've changed any other ignition parts (plugs, wires, coil packs, insulators, etc), please let us know when you drop it off.
