What is causing a low humming/moaning sound when car slows to 5-10 miles ?

There is no problem with the steering as this sound is noticable when slowing down to turn into driveway or parking spot

the prob could be many things.tires.bearing or trans issues. i rec you have it ck'd by your mech to see what it is
