What could be causing ticking and random misfire after changing plugs and wires?

I have ticking under hood, bogged down acceleration, strong exhaust fumes and some smoke at times from tailpipe. Oil pressure is good and ticking speeds up with acceleration. Please help!!! :(

maybe a spark plug is loose and causing ticking and misfire

Thank you...but unfortunately it was doing these things before changing plugs and wires...after changing them it didn't help :( and it started all at once. If I have a lifter stuck would it cause these problems?

possibly a cam follow and/or rocker arm
