What could be causing an intermittent miss on my 2.3l engine?

(1999 Honda Accord)
I have an intermittent miss that is increasing. When it first started occurring the miss happened after the car was hot and the car came to a stop at idle. The miss is occurring after cold start ups and has caused the car to die 2x's. Over the past couple months I have replaced the injectors, cap & rotor, plugs and wires, battery, air idle control valve, I've removed the intake and cleaned all the carbon build up. The main relay was replaced and I've had the alternator tested. I don't have any codes and I've checked the vehicle for vacuum leaks with negative results.
What seems to make the problem better or worse? When the engine is at operating temp.
How long have you had this problem? Couple months

Sounds like a lot of money spent and lots of repair work.

Have you had the vehicle tested? Doing so would save you major headaches and grief, and probably would have saved you money already. At some point, it will be important to isolate your concern down to a fuel or ignition issue, or even an air intake issue. Hard to say anything without doing real testing, hands on.
