Fuse 3 in the fuse box (15Amp) supplies power to the light relay, a 7.5 Amp fuse sends power to the dimer module on a tan/orange wire, red/black coming out of the dimer module then brings power to all dash lights, ashtray lights, heater controls ect...
the dimmer relay is located in the center dash area. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect.... Alldata is very easy to navigate
