Water goes into oil pan right when i start to fill radiator

(1999 Ford F-150)
i can put a water hose in the oil cooler hole on the side of the block and water goes straight into the oil you can actually hear it????

It is also possible leaking intake // gaskets could be the culprit - in any event - *hands-on* evaluation will be required.
