Volkswagen Touareg TDI Problems

Tire Wear Can be Problematic

Tire wear can be problematic, very dependent on driving style. Our technicians recommend regular tire inspection and replacement when necessary.

Odor from HVAC vents

Condensation may develop in the heater case which can cause a musty odor from the heating, ventilation and AC (HVAC) system.  Our technicians tell us a cleaner is available for the heater case. Also, the drain system should be checked for debris.

Brake Pads and Rotors May Wear Out Prematurely

Brake pads and rotors may wear out prematurely. This can be heavily dependent on driving style. Our technicians recommend regular brake inspections with replacement of pads and rotors as required.

Volkswagen Touareg TDI Reviews

I actually have an Amarok and live in Australia, but this option was not available. Problem is my wipers became stuck in the upright position while using them in the rain. New vehicle with 1800 kl's on clock. Is there a simple remedy ? Regards Davrok
