Hi there, i just bought a wv passat, been working on my girl for a while to make check engine light go away first was the maf sensor i replaced and fix wires than had a misfire so by default replace coils. She runs perfect with new coils, my ride its standard, now i have a lot more power at least 20hp more rhan before but check light its on and code p0354 shows up, i erased it a couple of times but no luck. I mean do i have to drive it so pc can work with new resistence parameters? Rewarding tech sheets, pc will hold old codes till pc get used tonew item.... i never heard that before but, who am i to judge.... if some one can give me a hand i will really apreciate it

The engine light on my 2003 Passat GLS is on and I tooked to my mechanic to find out was going on. He told me there is a misfire on #2 cylinder and advise me to replace the coils and spark plugs, what I did from the dealer. After replace all coils and spark plugs from the dealer and erase the code from the computer the engine light come back on after a couple of hours and with the same reading ( misfire cylinder #2 ).The mechanic move coil and spark from cylinder #2 to cylinder #3 to see is something wrong with the new coil on cylinder #2 or get the reading in the other cylinder but nothing still the same reading on cylinder#2 the only weir thing was the spark plug on cylinder #2 look kind of burn after only a couple of hours of being replaced...there is no other codes or hidden codes besides the misfire on cylinder #2....PLEASE guys help me out my registration is almost expire 4/28/15 and in order for me to register the car I need to inspected first and I don't have the money to take the car to the dealer....THANK YOU!!!
My car makes a noise when I turn it all the way to the right, my mechanic said I needed a new front axle and he wants $220 before tax. Is that a reasonable price?
I've had this car for 6 months. The heater core has been replaced, the water pump and "belt" has been replaced, and more recently, the thermostat was replaced. Setting in line at my son's school this morning (it was a 5-minute wait), all of a sudden my Warning light came back on again. I drove it work--about a 5 minute drive and it stayed on. The temp. gauge is where it is supposed to be, but I"m concerned about it tearing up again; especially when I am going to be heading out of town this weekend. Not sure what I need to do next. :(
and the obdometer is not working we had to disconect the coolant container to get to the hose to replace it and now all these things are happening do I have to replace censer on coolant container? What to do?
looses coolant fluid often when car is warmed up. doesn't leak when i put it in seems to to heat up and come out overflow tube builds pressure and high temperature in coolant tank
driving they go off touch brakes it stops but let off brakes starts again (fuse?)

When i drive my vw passat 2003 for about 60kilometres at high speed and slow and to continue acceleration engine become stiff and will produce some racking sound and when i force it stops and pick up again. Please any help.
