Vibration upon acceleration stops when i let off trottle

(1999 Ford F-250)

could it be because its originally a bi-fuel (cng) state vehicle from clark county and part of the system was removed thats how i bought it

sounds like an issue in the drivetrain- could be a bad u-joint. also them years of ford hd rear axles are notorios for chatter in the rear end gear, their is a additive (u can purchase at most part stores) to add to the gear lube that alottimes will take care of the chatter/vibration
