Vibration under the car when i press the gas.especially going up a steep grade.

The dealer whom sold me the vehicle stated their is a piece of metal from the catylitic converter rattling around stuck up inside.cannot be gotten to.not to worry.it passed emissions test.

I would contact your consumer rights group in PA here is the link:

http://www.attorneygeneral.gov and ask about your problem, because this car should have been inspected before sale, and a defective Catalytic Converter should have been flagged and replaced.
