VIBRATION ON TAKE OFF

IT HAS A VIBRATION ON TAKE OFF UP TO ABOUT 15 MPH THEN QUITS I WAS TOLD IT IS CALLED A LAUNCH SHUDDER,WHEN TOWING SOMETHING IT IS WORSE,HAVE HAD NEW U-JOINTS,CARRIER BEARING,BALANCED AND STRAIGHTNED DRIVESHAFT,DID NOT FIX,COULD IT BE MY TORQUE CONVERTER.

Get someone to press on gas while applying brake. Keep rpms around 1k... Give or take a few. Now check underneath truck and check exhaust. Mine is doing same thing. Vibrates like a mother*******!
