Vibration during acceleration

When I accelerate and applying load to the engine, the car starts shaking. Could you advise what the potential cause is?

Thanks. My mechanic checked this already and he confirmed that it's still in good shape. Should I get him to change this anyway?

any noise along with vibration? any sound when shift forward or reverse? any oil splatter on inner side of the rims? tires balanced? tires in good shape? lots of questions. lots of possibles.
