Very little air blowing through air vents!

(1996 Chevrolet Tahoe)
in Pearl City, HI on March 25, 2010
The fan is on high and very little air flowing through air vents. A/C or heater air not coming through air vents very little if any. Looks like something is clogged or restricting the air from flowing. Not sure if air vents are connected,or some kind of filter is clogged. Just replaced the control head recently.
