Valve lifters loud

(1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager)

This 1994 voyager 3.3 sat for 2 years in garage before I got it. The valves are very loud. What do I use to clean them so they will pump up with ooil.

You should use oil to pump them up. They could be clogged. if the oil doesnt clear it out then your looking at some internal work.
