Park truck.... Pull # 1 spark plug out and let truck sit overnight.... Watch for coolant spray out of cylinder as helper cranks engine... Video scope woks well for this, just look into cylinder for coolant on piston!.. Suspect leaking head gasket... Ever see steam (white smoke) from tail pipe?.. Unusual smell from exhaust?

No steam or anti freeze smell from tail pipe.
Part of what is so puzzling for how much fluid it takes, uses.

Compare the #1 spark plug with the others. If it is burning up antifreeze in #1 cylinder, it will clean the spark plug.

3/4-gal per day. About 100 miles.

It would have to be steaming from exhaust if it were burning that much during combustion or hydro-lock engine.... Pressure test cooling system using uv dye then check with uv light... Possible leaking while driving and leaving no visible evidence, dye should show up. Got to be able to find the source, if loosing that much coolant!!
