V belt

i have a 1991 plymouth acclaim. the vbelt that hooks up to the power steering is old and keeps screaming in my ear. how do i replace it?

I think you'll have to get the alternator belt off first. Then take a good look at the power steering pump and see how it's adjusted, you do have to loosen the mounting bolts to adjust it. I think there's a 15mm head bolt kinda under the pump, hard to see, but that's where the adjustment is.
