Question Answered: belt jumped
January 16, 2017, 02:12 PM
Your timing belt? Or your serpentine belt?
The timing belt is underneath a cover and should not be affected by a power steering leak. If the outside belts (serpentine or drive belts) have fallen off, you should be able to just put a new one on. Any starting issues are separate and need to be diagnosed.
If you mean the actual timing belt underneath the timing covers has come off it should still be fine, the motor in the Millenia is non-interference, but will need a new belt of course.
Try calling a local shop to get it looked at!
Question Answered: Actually its a 87 what would cause my windshield wiper reservoir to be brown ?

Did it just turn brown? Or are you just now noticing it?
Things like age and fluid contamination, not to mention sitting int he engine bay can cause that. Sometimes you can resurrect it with a good scrub, but often then only way to get it pretty again is to replace it.
It probably doesn't have a drain plug.
