Question Answered: My caprice wont start but will crank but not turn over
March 24, 2017, 11:43 AM
if car cranks, your battery should be fine as the starter is receiving power from it to do its job. the issue sounds like the car either does not have ignition or fuel for it to turn over and maintain idle. if the car does idle but turns off when put into drive it could be the lock up as mentioned
