(2006 Nissan Maxima)
in Murfreesboro, TN on December 20, 2010
i have lost all gauges and will not start now. from reading it sounds like it is a ground problem. I need to know where this ground is.. I think it is behind the dash but not sure where.

look under the dash by your pedals and youll notice a bracket going up to the dash.everything on the dash is grounded to that bracket.unbolt that bracket at the floor(4/12 mm bolts) and clean the paint off down to the metal.fasten it back together tight and clear the code and that might fix ya up.

okay, I tried this with no luck. any other suggestions on what the problem could be?

I ground down on the bar and cleared the codes and they came right back. i am lost and do not know where to begin to fix it.
