Turns over will not start , not getting fire

(2004 Saab 9-3)

also fuel is getting to rails but injectors appear not working, plugs are dry

It really needs diagnosed, could be as easy as the main relay or the crank sensor, but without diagnostics we would be guessing, and that's not cost effective.
