The turn signal and hazard flasher relay are one of the same on your vehicle. Pull out the hazard switch continue to pull to unplug the switch from the plug behind the dashboard. If this your problem reverse process with a new relay switch. First, locate the switch at the base of turn signal arm. Using contact cleaner or wd40, direct a small squirt into the switch. Work arm up and down and see if cleaning the connection solves the problem. Otherwise replace the relay. Then start vehicle and check turn signal and hazard function.

Thanks. Is the relay behind the hazard button or at the base of the turn signal arm?
