Turn signal doesn't work.

Sometimes it clicks when I turn it on, but doesn't come on. Where is it located?

You need to replace the flasher. Stick your head under the left side of the dash and operate the turn signal lever and listen for where the clicking is coming from. that is what I do when I work in the shop.
