Turn over but doesn't crank getting no fire to plugs

sitting in parking lot car hands go all way up and car just slowly dies weird right turns over but want start was told not getting any fire to plugs change crank sensor no help changed fuel pump no help aslo you can turn the key to on position and engine lights doesn't come on anymore have any ideal thank you

Sounds like you need to test the alternator. Possible it has failed causing this quick drain on the battery.

I HAVE A MAZDA PROTEGE 1995 1.8 new crank sensor .new Distribuitor . cup rotor spark plugs .wires but not firing on the spark no fuel any body can help my .thanks
