Turn key engine fuse blows

(1998 Chrysler Town & Country)

every time I turn the key the engine fuse blows. I just had a new fuel pump put in the day before and now this problem

You need to have it rechecked by the technician that installed it. There may be another problem, or it may be related. When the key is turned to the on position the fuel pump is powered through a relay momentarily. When the key is turned to the crank position, the fuel pump is powered through a relay.
