How often should the turbo be service.

Use the recommended synthetic oil - which is Mobil1 full synthetic 0W40 - and replace them at no more than 5000 miles. This should help to extend the life of the turbo.

there is no maintenance on the turbochargers; they have
oil feed lines that get their lubrication from the engine oil. about 12 hours labor to take them off if you
just want to look 'em over.
