Truck won’t start check relays,stater,switch and won’t crank what can it be?

(1999 Ford F-250 Super Duty)

I just hear the relays click. Batteries are good.
What seems to make the problem better or worse? It cold so it makes it harder
How long have you had this problem? Two weeks

Hello,
If the relays are clicking, see what kind of power you are getting at the starter with the key turned to start. This would indicate a possible short to ground between the starter and the relay - like melting due to exhaust heat.

Also, see if you hear a whirring noise from the starter motor with the key turned to start. This would indicate a bad solenoid.
