Truck starts to high

(1999 Ford F-150)
my truck when it is started runs high above 2000rpms than rumbles down immediately and turns off. After about 5-10 turns it starts up fine. i have cleaned the entry into the throttle body and replaced the idle air control valve with no luck.

I THINK YOU MAY HAVE AN OPEN CONTACT AREA IN THE TPS SWITCH ON THE THROTTLE VALVE!Have it looked at and scanned it will narrow the problem down for a good diagnosis. There are too manny components in the fuel injection system that may have an effect on running.
