Check for voltage from the ignition switch when turned to the neutral switch connector. Helper needed of course. Possible ign. switch itself is at fault. If you jumper soledoid terminals, does starter turn? That test will check batery and connections!!!

The positive terminal of your side post battery will have two cables. The one closest to the battery goes to the power distribution center while the second one goes to the starter. Remove the negative cable from the battery then remove the positive cables from the battery that are held together with the rubber piece around the terminals. Carefully pry the rubber piece off the pos terminals, clean both sides of each cable terminal with a wire brush then apply a light coat of dielectric grease to the cleaned surfaces and re-install in the reverse order. Battery acid will cause a poor connection in between the two pos cable terminals and go unnoticed because the rubber piece covers this contact point. Complete a drive cycle afterward so the PCM can reset the monitors and relearn the fuel trim.
