This is a difficult question to answer. This question may be better suited to a transmission shop, look for an ATRA affiliated shop.

You're looking for an A4LD trans in most cases, as Ford calls it. I have a 91, and as far as I know, as indicated earlier, the 91's-94's are all the same in this regard.
