This could be an internal issue a problem with electronics for the transmission. You will need to have this professionally diagnosed as to not waste money on throwing parts at it.

Typically reverse & manual low are not electronically controlled. This is usually an issue with low fluid level, air being drawn around a cracked filter or internal mechanical internal failure such as the planetary gear failure.
