when it is cold below 30 degres trans goes into limp mode when i first start it up after the temp goes up outside it goes away and works just fine after this happens it thrws code p1684 p1698 and then after driving it in limp mode p0500 comes on this only happens when realy cold outside have changed trans control module replaced speed sensor checked all wire resistence to and from computer

Check the trans data. There is a trans fluid temp sensor that will curtail the shifting until the trans fluid gets hot enough to shift or if the temp sensor is telling the trans computer that the fluid is too cold when it may be at the correct temp.
