the only place i can think of is the vent tube. should never leak there.
servicing it would be good. the level is a little high but should not cause the high leak.

take it to a shop and let them examine it and give you a bid.

The vent hole is the only place your transmission can be leaking from the top. When that happens it is usually an over filled transmission, clogged vent hole, or transmission pump failure. Their is a valve inside the transmissions pump that may be stuck and causing it to leak. I would recommend a transmission flush first and then go from there. If the transmission is shifting properly and its not over heating then you might just need to service it.
