If the cooling line itself is leaking then that can be replaced. if the fitting on the radiator is leaking then you may need to replace the radiator. You are the only one who can decide if you are able to do the repair. If you attempt to replace the line and you have trouble loosening the connection at the radiator then perhaps you should leave the job to a qualified technician.
