Transmission Error Code

(1999 Chevrolet Cavalier)
Error Code comes up states that Transmission is in 4th Gear with TCC Engaged and the ECM has detected slippge when comparing the input shaft speed to the output shaft speed.
After driving for 30 minutes when you slow down or stop the engine oil light comes on and idles drops. When you slightly accelerate the oil light goes out. Transmission has been shifting okay. Can anything be done without removing transaxel from car?

Engine oil light has nothing to do with the trans. You need to concern you self with the eng oil pressure. You need to put a direct reading oil pressure gage on the eng and see how low the oil pressure goes when eng is hot.
